At Vintage Extinction, we strive to provide quality pieces that you’ll love. However, we understand that sometimes a return or exchange may be necessary. Please review our return and exchange policy below:
1. Return Eligibility
• Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.
• Items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and in the original packaging.
• Sale items, custom orders, and gift cards are not eligible for return or exchange.
2. Return Process
• To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return.
• Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return your item.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective item or an error on our part.
3. Exchanges
• If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us to verify availability.
• Exchanges follow the same eligibility requirements as returns.
• We will ship the new item once we receive the original item.
4. Refunds
• Please note: We do not offer refunds. Only exchanges or store credit are available for eligible returns.
• Store credit will be issued once the returned item is received and processed.
5. Defective Items
• If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a return or exchange at no cost to you.
